Community Plan

 SoL Farms is a regenerative ecovillage rooted in land, spirit, and community. We cultivate a resilient way of life through holistic wellness, conscious education, and ecological stewardship—offering a living model of what’s possible when people return to the Earth, live with intention, and build a future together. 

SoL Farms Village is designed as a modern intentional community rooted in regenerative agriculture, holistic wellness, spiritual connection, and economic self-sufficiency. We are building an ecovillage that can function off-grid if necessary, with fewer than 100 residents living cooperatively across 40 acres (core village) and potentially expanding to 100–500 acres.

Our design incorporates:

• Intentional housing clusters
• A microschool for children
• A retreat center for spiritual and wellness programming
• Farm-to-table agriculture
• Plant medicine cultivation
• Public-facing experiences including agritourism, farm stays, and community events
